ENVISION SUCCESS
Envision Success Inc. was founded as a 501c3 nonprofit in 2014 by Dayna Hicks. She has over 30 years experience in the foster care system working with youth of all ages. Dayna also has over 20 years experience as city manager for Greyhound transportation.
As a foster parent, she saw an urgent need for transitional housing for youth who were aging out of foster care. Her passion has pushed her to work to close the gap of homelessness for these youth. Through the founding of Envision Success, her goal is to help transition them from homelessness to permanent housing, while helping them to develop the life skills needed to maintain a successful life.

With that endeavor in mind, she has recently opened the Envision Success Youth Transitional Housing facility in the Frankfort area of Philadelphia. This building will be able to house 10 + youths aged 18 to 23 who are participating in the Envision Success Independent Living Skills program.
